Enrollment Agreement

Dent Bite Code of Conduct

  1. Instructor Guidance: Students are prohibited from receiving instructions or training from anyone other than Dent Bite’s authorized instructors without prior written consent from Dent Bite.
  2. Premises Access: Students must not allow entry to individuals who are not part of the Course onto Dent Bite premises.
  3. Respect for Legal Rights: Students must not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal rights (including privacy and publicity rights) of others.
  4. Appropriate Content: Students must not publish, post, upload, distribute, or make available any content on the Dent Bite forum that is false, inaccurate, inappropriate, profane, defamatory, libelous, harmful, vulgar, obscene, indecent, abusive, or harassing.
  5. Disruption: Students must not interfere with or disrupt the use or enjoyment of Dent Bite’s premises and/or services by others.
  6. Reporting Misconduct: Students are required to immediately report to Dent Bite any behavior on Dent Bite property that does not comply with the Code of Conduct or the terms of this Agreement.
  7. Competing Activities: Students are prohibited from participating in activities run by competing establishments, including teaching, learning, marketing, soliciting, or recruiting clients, while enrolled with Dent Bite. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including dismissal from the course without a refund.
  8. Consequences of Violations: Students acknowledge that violating the aforementioned terms of conduct is a serious offense and can result in immediate termination from the Courses without any refund.

H. Copyrights

  1. Course Materials Ownership: All course materials are the property of Dent Bite and are provided to students solely for personal use and completion of the course. Dent Bite retains all rights, title, and interest in the services and program materials. Students agree that these materials are provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Except for the limited rights granted herein, all rights are reserved by Dent Bite.
  2. Prohibited Actions: It is strictly prohibited to transmit, reproduce, sell, or distribute any course materials in any form or by any means, including but not limited to photocopying, recording, or other electronic or mechanical methods, without prior written consent from Dent Bite Management. Dent Bite grants students a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable ability to access and use the program materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
  3. Permitted Use: Students must not use any course materials (such as course booklets, mock examinations, course handouts, videos, and virtual postings) for any purpose other than as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
  4. Derivative Works: Students shall not create any derivative works from the materials provided as part of the course.
  5. Resale and Reproduction: Students shall not sell, resell, reproduce, or allow any other parties to sell, resell, or reproduce any materials provided by Dent Bite.

I. Bodily Injury Release

  1. Responsibility for Safety: Students acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their safety when using any equipment provided by Dent Bite. Students must ensure they possess the necessary skill and knowledge to safely use all equipment and materials used during the courses.
  2. Skill and Knowledge: Students represent and warrant that they have read the classroom safety instructions and possess the required skill and knowledge to operate and maintain the equipment and materials used in the course.
  3. Safety Practices: Students agree to observe and follow all rules and practices in place to minimize the risk of injury.
  4. Seeking Assistance: Students must not use any equipment or materials they cannot use safely and should seek assistance from Dent Bite as needed.

Release of Liability: Students hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue, and agree to hold Dent Bite, its directors, officers, agents, volunteers, employees, and representatives harmless from and against any and all liabilities, demands, claims, or injuries, including death, that may occur during or in connection with operating equipment or materials while on Dent Bite premises or using Dent Bite-provided equipment at home.

Dent Bite Privacy Notice

  1. Use of Personal Information: Students acknowledge that Dent Bite will use their personal information for providing services to them and managing Dent Bite’s business operations.
  2. Consent for Media Use: Students permit Dent Bite to publish, reproduce, digitize, display, and otherwise use their name, image, likeness, voice, and any photographs, recordings, videotapes, and audiovisual materials of them for advertising or promotional purposes. Students acknowledge that Dent Bite is not obligated to compensate them for such use. Students waive the right to inspect or approve the final product where their likeness appears. Their likeness may be used in diverse educational and/or promotional settings globally. Uses may include:
    • Conference presentations
    • Educational presentations or courses
    • Informational presentations
    • Online educational courses
    • Educational videos
    • Promotional content
  3. Withdrawal of Consent: Students may refuse or withdraw consent to the use and disclosure of their personal information at any time in writing, subject to contractual and legal obligations. However, this may affect their entitlement to certain benefits or services.
  4. Disclosure of Information: Dent Bite reserves the right to disclose any information it deems necessary to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.
